We ship every day, Monday through Friday so you'll receive your order fast. On rare occasions, if we are away on a buying trip, shipping may be slightly delayed. During these times, a note will be visible on the website.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We know it's not always easy to buy on the internet. We do our best to make our pictures and descriptions as clear as possible to help you make your best decision, but if you get your beads in hand and, for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in original condition (still strung). Shipping is not refundable.
